MNRI therapy uses gentle exercises to improve coordination, strength, and brain-body coordination by addressing basic reflex movements. This approach can be especially effective for children with motor delays, sensory challenges, or emotional regulation difficulties.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch, non-invasive treatment used to release tension in the body and support nervous system regulation. We commonly recommend it for infants pre and post tongue-tie release and torticollis, but it can also benefit children experiencing sensory overload, anxiety, asymmetries, or poor sleep.
